Service Description
Comprehensive health assessment that is goal oriented to help you meet your weight loss goals. Your current health history is factored into why weight loss has been difficult. Assessment also include a prescription for labs: CBC, CMP, THYROID PANEL, A1C, VIT. D, AND HORMONE PANEL. Our healthcare provider will review your results and can provide prescriptions for deficiencies in collaboration with your primary care provider. This consult maybe covered by insurance. We accept BCBS, All PPO's, Multiplan, Tricare thru Humana. Lets talk about your options and diet plan. Personal trainer available at an additional fee.
Cancellation Policy
This is regarding booked spa services only, this does not apply to Spa Parties or special sales events. To avoid a "no show" fee that will be sent via invoice for $25, please call to cancel your appointment at least 24 hours before your appointment. We value your time and pride ourselves on providing our clients with a personalized experience. We take special care to prepare your room for you and require appropriate notification of cancellation. This notice also applies to those with Groupon vouchers holders as well who no call / no show for their initial and subsequent appointments.
